To bring this exceptional project to market with our client Edifia Groupe Immobilier, we designed a complete strategy: positioning analysis, branding and a distinctive logo, the creation of a pre-launch website followed by a full site, brochures and printed signage, immersive 3D imagery, and a targeted digital marketing campaign.
Every detail was designed to bring the Stellar's unique identity to life. The Stellar aims to be a trailblazer in the regions, introducing the concept of upscale rental condos with modern shared spaces — gym, lounge, remote-work areas, terraces — still uncommon outside major urban centres.
